Is It Going To Work In Manager Mode and Tournament Mode ?

If i create my own league with creation master is it going to work in manager mode and tournament mode ?
What if i just create the teams and put them in rest of world , then replace them with teams from another league ?
I know that you need dbmaster to create fully working league but just thinking.

You need a little more than just creating some players and teams in a league to get stuff working ingame. Last year there were a lot of troubles to get leagues working ingame. This year the structure seems to be the same as last year. Rest of the world teams won't be a problem at all I guess.
