I live very near Ipswich and it's kinda cool that the local news is something more than "cat rescued from tree" or "eggs thrown at house". Us east anglians havent felt this important since Ian Huntley burst onto the scene a few years back.

Hell yes! It's so depressing looking over at america and seeing all the gang wars, school shooting, terrorist attacks etc, then looking back here where people I dont care about in a jungle consitutes front page news. Even our biggest cereal killer was a nice looking guy who killed old ladies peacefully in their sleep and looked like Santa Claus.
