It might be an instalation problem, cause it should not affect Pro club, but i will try to test that.

1 - Does it happen on infoprmal or in coop mode?

2 - Or does it happens in the arena?

Hello, I have installed this mod on latest version of FIFA 16. It works as it should on single player(offline mode).
The problem starts when I play online seasons. 1v1 Training is still there with background sound of the 'ESPN' and then sound vanishes entirely except commentary. So whole crowd is silent for whole match which is cringy .
