Inserting .ico files

Yo! I have the superpatch and within the logos folder, there are a bunch of unused logos for championship and national teams in .ico format. How do I insert those into the PC version of PES6?

PESFan Editor seemingly doesn't support .ico files, unless I'm doing it wrong...
