Is there a way to reinstall my game. (It's been buggy) and reinstall it, is there a way I can keep my rosters. Can I just copy Fifa.db and Eng.db and paste them over my new installation?

That's all you have to do, however, you can copy your Zdata files as well if you have lots of kits etc. you don't want to lose.
