There are two ways you can do this yourself:
1) Using CM09, create a new stadium with the ID #2 and look up the stadium on Wikipedia, and fill in the details (name, capacity etc. ).
2) Google and download the 'patch' that adds the stadium to the game (it is just a database that has done what I said in step 1) Save your fifa.db with a new name - eg. orififa.db then with CM09, create a cmp with the stadium, delete that new db with the patch, restore your original db and import the stadium cmp you made.
I think you will find the first option is a lot easier.

i though about doing that keegan, but wasnt sure if i was going to need to back up all my language dbs too.
i had ran the exe file & seen that it changed my database, good thing i had a data folder back up.
whoa wait keegan, its just database info ? not actual 3d models created by apollox ? that make it look like the real stadium

Or another idea. This information of Bernabeu is from apollox's patch. Open DB Master and load fifa.db file on your FIFA 09/data/cmn folder. Then click stadiums tab and go to the bottom. After that, just put these things from left to right.
If you filled out, then go to teams tab and find Real Madrid (teamid 243). There will the number (This is from left to right and each number is on one space)
change ? to 2.
