Yes it is.

Will these two be released the same time as the PC version?
No they won’t, the Playstation 2 and the Xbox versions are expected to be released in Q1 of 2005.

What will the differences be between the PC version and the Console versions?
So far there has been no announcement on this. My best guess is that BGS are concentrating on the PC release before releasing anything about the console versions.
