I think people on this forum have lost focus on why a forum exists

It seems that the majority of posts that get replied to fall in 2 categories:

1. FIFA Bashing
2. FIFA Worshipping

On numerous occasions i've posted
(and seen posts) with valid questions concerning keys, game play tactics, and such things which someone needs help on and these posts hardly get replied to... yet make a post labeled FIFA SUX HORSESH*T and it will get 100 responses in 3 hours...

simlarly, mods, ... any post asking about lets say keys gets shut down in two seconds since there is a thread made for it... while a million posts saying essentially fifa sucks or fifa's great keep on coming... i'd rather that these comments have a special single thread, and people be able to post for things like keys on new threads... rather than having to sift through 60 pages of the tips and tricks to find one key mapping

guyz i think the major point of a forum is where people can come and resolve issues and gain help so they can enjoy the game better... because we have a community of highly experienced footie gamer's here... and its all being wasted on bashing or worshipping danny isaac

That's because you are in the wrong section of the forum. There is a support part of the forum. Have a look there for technical support. As far as discussion about tips and gameplay goes, this has always been an issue with FIFA. As a veteran, I can tell you that a majority of people like to talk about editing or posting their edited graphics. FIFA was never really about gameplay. A majority of people here actually like editing FIFA then playing it. That's just my observation.
As far as the FIFA bashing and worshipping, it is normal part of the forum. Yeah, some of the posters get out of hand but usually it is pretty tolerable.

So you're saying its a lifestyle choice?

I agree with the whole deleting bashing posts. They belong in the PES vs FIFA thread. Danny has an extremely valid point.

Jesus. I know some Fifa dork would harp on my back about that comment. What I meant to say that the FIFA forum (spefically this one) was never really about gameplay. It is more focus on editing. If you want to talk about gameplay, go to the official EA forums.
