I would like to e-mail Konami about all bugs in PC version i've found so far, but i don't know which e-mail address would be the best one to contact them?

On this forum i've encountered many e-mails to which we should report the problems, new found bugs, etc..
You have Konami EU or [email protected], then Konami [email protected] and other e-mails where you can complain about your problems... Or should i just e-mail to them all? :)

Also, very important, i think every person with problems should do the same, MAIL THEM YOUR PROBLEMS, let them know about them, do not just complain on the forums because this wont solve much..

first mail is a fake account and the second is just rumour
plus Konami doesn't listen their non-japaneese customers, at least they never did

if you want an e-mail you gotta call european distributor (number on official site) and he (maybe) will give you real mail, but I really doubt they will forward your wishes to Konami but you can try ofkoz

I'd write it in japaneese and sent it at all mails found at japaneese konami sites but then it's a possibility they'll just mark you as spam ;)

I absolutely disagree. ONLY in the forum we could really resolve some problems. Perhaps not all of them but some... Nobody gonna reply to you from company for any reason. They don't care after product sold. Any official "technical support" is fake and useless.

Well, last year they released like 3 fixes for some problems people had with the game, so maybe there is some hope. I'm not saying we should stop complaining on forums and stop with resolving problems by ourselfs at all, but that we should ALSO try to contact them with our problems in some way. I mean.. maybe it will help, i don't know, but it's worth a try. It's just one, two mails sent. No loss of time at all.

Because of PES4 horrible performance i had to return the game back to store. So if they really don't listen to our problems the next year i might just not buy the game at all but first try a downloaded copy.. just to se if it runs ok and then maybe buy an original..or maybe not. Who knows?
Even on my AMD2.6, radeon 9600XT, 1Gb of ram, a configuration more than exceeding their minimum and maximum requirements, the game was just unplayable no matter what i did. It was not my computers fault, it was theirs and i feel somehow cheated.

So in the end they got no money from me at all. Money which they could get.. and they will get, IF the bugs are fixed.
