It's not that, just read, please:

I had to replace the hard disk of my PC, and the guy who did it installed Windows XP - Service Pack 2, with DirectX 9.0c, and also the latest drivers for my graphics card, an oldie Nvidia Geforce4 MX 440.

What happens now, is that in any game with a ball that I have, from FIFA 2005, to the simple Hyperbowl that comes with Microsoft Plus!, the ball doesn't appear!

Only changing detail to Low in FIFA, the ball is there, but of course, everything else is changed, because of the lack of detail.

Any solution to this problem? Will a more recent graphic card bring back, erm..., my balls?

Gee i thought you put this in the wrong forum lol. :D

Well if i were you i'd just get a new and best graphics card there is at the moment, that's if you got the money at the moment.
