I Cant Play In Tournament Mode

Hello everybody.

I bought my fifa 14 original copy, but i can`t play tournaments or create one.
Ea help center didn`t contact to me never.

What can i do to resolve this?

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? (On keyboard)

Press more in the main menu , then tournaments, custom tournament , or new or load saved one. Open your eyes while on the menu.

When I press "More" cannot find any option to create the tournament. Just "Load Tournament" which is empty.

Open your eyes again, while seeing the load tournament press right stick right or right stick left. That is the button you use to make your gk save a penalty. There you can see custom tournament and new tournament.

Yes those large boxes can be scrolled left or right for other options if it shows "RS" and some dots in the corner
