I can not play matches

I can not play matches, the game locks up and gets out when the players are in line, but if I can play the arena mode.
I totally get off the graphics to a minimum, but still spending the same.
I know I can not do, would appreciate your help.

Your PC, and specially, your graphic card meets the requirements?

Cause, at least for the demo, requeires a good graphic card, compatible with Pixel Shader 3.0, if your card is compatible, must update the driver for your card, and directx 9.0 at least, i'd done that and the game runs smooth and i play with render on "high", when before i just played with render on "low".

it's a bad graphic card :S
but i have directX 9.0
driver year:27-09-09
the arena mode is perfect,no lags
