I've solved this in the past by making sure all seat meshes are tilted, and not just laying flat. Once I flipped normals, I made sure they were all tilted towards the field, and that fixed the problem of crowds facing the wrong way.

Yep, thats a good way. I used the tribune tô make the crowds, but I used the laying part, I will do it again.

WIP - Metlife Stadium

Now baked and with crowds. There are some adjustments to do like glares, cars, a extended exterior and more.

But one thing I'm having problem is the crowds facing the wrong way, I can make crowds faster like below, but I dont know why some are looking do the sides or to the back and I cant fix it, I tried everything. @Colgado @BosnaZmajevi @kotiara6863 , could you guys help me?

So besides Metlife I also fixed Lucas Oil lower crowd that was really ugly. Please re-download if you did already. No update, the only change is the crowd facing the field.

Very high detailed. I did crowds, banners, baking, glares, inserted a lot of objects like cars, trees, people and other stuff.

Guys, I got so excited in finishing the stadium that I forgot to insert a bench. There is no bench for the backup players to sit, although they never sit on the chairs correctly. I will fix this tonight.

Uhhh the washed out Blender issue i see in your Picture. Do You have an Nvidia Graphics Card and are you working with Blender 2.71? If you are anoyed of this problem too:
Use for the Works a portable Version of Blender 2.75 and just save in 2.71. I avoided to upgrade my Driver out of 399,26 because of this bug ,but recently i found this portable version and can now work with normal brightness on my Models again , but with updated drivers...

I think is one the most beautiful stadiums thats we I converted even tough its not present in the World Cup 2026 or MLS. But I heard also that was elected one the most ugly stadiums, well its a matter of taste.

I'm entirely happy with this one as I was with Metlife, I had some difficulties with too many objects, alpha textures, but at the end I'm fine with the final result. I hope you guys enjoy.
