Huge CM 03/04 Editor Problem...

It won't start. Pure and simple.
Is there anything that I can do? Anything?

The Nygreen Editor works, but it's just too much effort, ya know?
With the official CM Editor, setting attributes is easy. It has a box saying 'all attributes' and that can be changed to change all attributes at once.
In the Nygreen Editor, no such thing exists.

The official editor is bugged though. When new players appear for your U-19's, usually their names are screwed (like all players having a norwegian type of name, or a Arabic type, stuff like that).

Why would you use the all attributes box anyway? To put all attributes at 20?

If you installed the 4.1.5 patch, the names will not be a problem with the official editor.
I use the Nygreen editor still, as you can do more with it, and it's also 10 times faster.

K then. Can anyone tell me how to create a new team, then? I just don't understand how to.

In the official editor: Select the "club" tab, and then click the "edit" button in the main menubar. You'll see "create new club", click that.
In the Nygreen editor, you click on "add" and then select "club".
