How are you?

Both games have their pros and cons.
I'd suggest you tried both of them and see which one clicks for you on the pitch.
Obviously, if what you're looking for are Game Modes and more depth, FIFA is the best choice.

But if what you're interested in the most is the gameplay and what feels more like actual football, then you should try both.

Regarding your specs, I'd say you'll probably be able to run either game, however you should set them to Medium or Low quality graphics as I don't think your graphics card would be able to handle more than that.
