How to start Be a pro

Hi i got Fifa 08 to my PS3 and wondered how to start normal be a pro league and co-op like on pc version?

I know that for the 360 you can not play co-op in the Be A Pro Mode, it really disappointing maybe next year they'll include that. I haven't seen any league type of thing for the Be A Pro Mode either. I know that you can set up leagues online and have normal matches, but you are not able to create a league and play as one player on the field..
