How to save goals!?

Hi guys,

I can't seem to save my goals... here's what happens...

I score a goal that I want to save, I press Start >> Instant Reply. Then press Triangle to Upload. It then says, "Please select where you wish to save your video" So I click an empty slot. "Preparing to Upload Macromoedia Flash Video (FLV)" appears, once it reaches 100% it says, "THE VIDEO DID NOT UPLOAD CORRECTLY. DO YOU WISH TO TRY AGAIN?"
