How To Remove EA Patches/Updates?

I have the digital origin version. I want to get rid of all these patches and get the fresh, unpatched game. Is there a way to do it without the physical copy?
Because I tried to erase everything and downloaded again all the 13gbs but origin automatically installs the last version

Also: I checked with some friends when we all had installed the first update. While they had the game version 1.0.1 I had the 1.0.3 version. Now I have the 1.4.15 version.

I can't figure out why this difference.

That is part of it, the other is to keep a backup of the exe before you
update to FIFA 15.5 AI.

If you download it now it directly installs the new exe. Any way I found that backup. I see the installer also modifes other files; do you thinj for gameplay is enough if I save the exe? Or do I also need other files?

The exe is the most important part of the update.
