How to make .exe patch?

I have some updated leagues and other stufs but if i want to share with some guys they dont want to install cmp for 10 hours.I wanna know how to make .exe patch with my rosters Thanks

Use some setup tool to build the patch just like Inno setup (my favorite) or use winrar sfx.
