How to install mod? (rant alert)

Can you tell me one thing.

There are a lot of mods there to download. Installation of almost all is just about copying files to game directory and regeneration.
Mine as well. Installer exes are rare.

So please tell me, why do people keep asking me how to install mods and what happens if something does not work?

For God's sake, WHY ME?! Even Harry doesn't have as many people on his threads, I won't guess about PMs.

But no, Jesus Christ, db is on data/db folder. It DoEsN't WoRk. Regenerate. iT dOeSn'T wOrK. So what did you done? I dOn'T kNoW, iT dOeSn'T wOrK.

Why people do not ask questions on question threads or PMs and just going to my threads and randomly ask "How to make tournaments? How to do this? Thanks."
