How to edit Pitches/Turf?

I'm planning to re-download and re-install FIFA 16 since I cannot stand FIFA 17 anymore, and I would like to start editing the pitch patterns, mowing, colors, etc. Just like I do for PES.

Can anybody be kind enough and tell me which file does what (which files are the pitch styles, which files give the actual colors to the pitch, which files add the dirty stuff like pitch wearness and mowing patterns) and which program do I need to open/export/import?.

In fact Federico you just need some solid knowledge in Photoshop and file master to import-export textures.
Why other than Photoshop? It's the best u ntill now.
