How to clear out the FIFA 07 database?

Well, I intend to update my FIFA, but I don't want to leave traces and/or players "lost" there, so I want to clear my whole database. How can I do this?

But I do not want to lose the original database at all. Is there any way to make a backup of it?

Manually, from Creation Master 07. But then you'd need to delete most of audio files (related to individual players) as well.
