how to change names to fifa19 teams?

Hola, que tal una pregunta, como puedo cambiar el nombre de un equipo de fifa 19 en xbox 360, y que programas y archivos necesito?

-Convertir db de xbox 360 a pc con el DBCONVERTER.
- Abrir el db de pc con el DB MASTER. En la pestaña TEAMS buscas el Id del equipo, y lo editas. Guardas el achivo.
- Conviertes el db de pc a xbox 360 y lo pasas a la carpeta correspondiente
