How to buy & ship to USA

I have looked four prominent places now that sell FM2k5 and none will ship to the United States, or in some cases anywhere outside the EU. Including AmazonUK. I was able to get another UK-only soccer game via AmazonUSA but they do not have FM2k5.

Any ideas where a USA resident can buy the game and get it shipped, without any fly-by-night back-room ordering where my credit card gets used for someone's vacation to Taihiti?

Look out for Worldwide Soccer Manager 2005, it's the same game, but rebranded for North America. Major US retailers (Walmart, BestBuy, EB Games, etc) are supposed to carry it.
