How To Add Static Adboards With CM 15

I have a problem with the adboard option within the Team screen in Creation Master 15, because the adboards i add never show up in the game.


I understand that the animated ones require changing the db, but i'm having problems with the non-animated.

Could some one help me, direct me to a good tutorial on youtube or guess what i may be doing wrong?
