Hi mate i saw your message in the other thread, i´m new at stadium editing, just a newbie, trying to do little fixes and updates especially having in mind that FIFA 09 don´t deal so well certain accesories that fan-made stadiums have in the past, like built-in turfs and other things.

As for your request floodlights making is very difficult but you can find a great tutorial in this page.
