Either download this file from Susie, which will also enable real competition names etc or delete the lnc folder from your Football Manager 2007\data\db folder.

That should do it.

I downloaded Susie FM Real Name etc. But it only seemed to changed the name of the awards, and league names. Still no NT name change in the game yet. help

The NT availability may in fact be coded into the savegame. Try starting a new game.

No, I had that same problem too a few months ago. You should just wait until there's an international team match coming up, than the manager of the German team will select the right guys because he's than able to.
