How do I stop top players demanding to leave?

I want to stop top players demanding to leave so often. My 2nd year in, Van Persie demands a transfer. Torres gets sold to Sunderland. And other annoying transfers. What settings can I edit to tone down the transfers? Thanks

u can't I guess. If you do not sell them, the board will get angry. Best buy a replacement. I bought Edinson Cavani for Van Persie. He is much much better AND he grows till 89.
