How do I change Screen Display Settings PES6 on Pc

Hi - I was wondering where can i change the screen settings on PES 6 - as the game runs a little jerky - is there an option like on previous PES where I can change the screen display settings to a lower quality.

You can't do it in game. Instead you run settings.exe (same folder as pes6.exe).
