?How do edit kits using Kit Raptor?

I play FIFA Manager 2006.
I have no idea about how to make kits.
I have been using photoshop for a long time and i've used it to edit some racing simulators.
But fifa editing has stumped me.
I downloaded kit raptor 2gk 2006 and Big Gui, but how do you you convert the files to .bmp after extracting the *.fsh and *.o files?

Hi, With Kitraptor, you simply select the kit that you want and hit the "export" button. Once the kit is opened, click save and it will save as a bmp.

For .fsh files, use fshtool.
