How convert head.rx3 FIFA 16 to FIFA 15

Hi everybody, i have a question if anyone can help me.

How i can converted the head file of Fifa 16 to Fifa 15 ? Because the size of the head.player.rx3 Fifa 16 is too big for Fifa 15. Maybe a tool exist...
