Help with making kit

Right i've made a kit for my master league team, and saved it as a .bmp . I extracted my master leage teams .bin file and loaded up WE Picture decoder. I clicked on imput/output, import/export full image and selected my .bmp but then an error message came up with "BPP# of the BMP file differs from that of the image" then "Load Failed!"

Any ideas ?

Your bmp must be exported in 256 colors.

i see.......so wot do i do?

change color depth of your .bmp to 8bit (256colors)..

in photoshop: Image - Mode - Indexed Color

I tired it but still get same error message, any more ideas??

maybe bmp's size is too big/small? it has to be 512x256 pixel..

If you get the same msg then it ain't 256 colours
