Help with cm08 tools

i need help..im confused with this option..what should i check?
cuz i have a problem..when importing a cmp files..

here's my proble..

i downloaded 5 cmp's files

so i import the first..then i check in game if its working..yes it is working..

then i go back to cm08 so..im imported the 2nd cmp files..
then i'll try to run the fifa08.exe its says has a problem..i know the problem is with the fifa.bat ,

please help me...

I also cannot understand anything about this program and ive been banging my head against the wall for more than 5 hours now...
