Help please! Game is getting slow after 20 min

Okay, lett me start by saying i got a very good computer well above the max standarts, after 20 min or so when i play the game it starting to play a lot slower, i have no idea why, can you guys please help me, what u think is the prob here? i got a gForce6 NX6200, 1 giga of memory and 2.8 HRZ, maybe i need some kind of update or a patch? hope u can help me.

Hi,

Does it appear to be in slow motion or stuttering? If so, it's most likely a heat issue. Open up your case and point a small house fan at the video card while you are playing. If the slowness stops, then you will need to find a way to get better air circulation in your case.

that computer isnt well above max standards o_O a geforce 6200 sucks, a gig of ram is average nowadays and 2.8 ghz processors are pretty standard too o_O

:boohoo: i run it on my gf6600 256 ddr wit 512ddr2 533 mhz wit p4 ht 3.0ghz n it will still stutter when a lot of players concentrate on a small area of the pitch :boohoo:
however it runs just fine whenever i have RENDER_RATE_MODE set to 3. NOTE : not 2, but 3
dunno why, but 3 gives me perfect performance with above minimal graphic loss...
niv1, check if there are any background apps hogging ur resources, also there is always a chance of heat issues like Platini10 said.
