HELP! Online play problem

In the game, after I click "play online" , it turns to a black screen, and jump to desktop directly.

In the past, a EA logo would appear and saying i had logged in. But now, it just go back to desktop. Any one can give any suggestion what should i do? thanks~

I had that, keep trying, maybe you've not registered the game, mine wasn't, then worked i think.

make sure that you have got the latest drivers for your video card.

i believe its a problem with IE7 and the latest flash player.
