Help Needed With DB Tactics Tables

I'm trying to edit the tactics to have less pass precision for the minor teams.
But there are three tables in the db with tactics values: teams, default_taemsheets and defaultteamdata; I don't know which one I should edit and what's the difference between them.

Also as changing the tactics from the in game editor I don't see much difference; I wonder if changing the attack and defence rating would make some difference or if those are rating for carrer only. And also busdribbling (what is it?)

What's the difference between defencematchrating and attackmatchrating vs defencerating and attackrating in teams table and offset and playerinstructions in the other tabs?

Tactics are not the reason for high CPU pass %, the CPU boost code is the reason. The Pass Error slider works perfectly well in the demo as a means to lower/raise team pass accuracy. And that's because there is no boost code in the demo to override slider settings. Pass % in the full game is usually 87-92%. That drops to 75-80% in the demo using the same slider settings. Assigning long ball tactics might help create more CPU pass misses, but extreme and unrealistic tactic changes doesn't seem like a viable fix to me.

The three sheet/formations tables each edit different things, it's easy enough to quickly test which edits affect which table. The busdribbling (build up speed) rating was introduced in 2014 I think it was, part of EA's redesign of the way ratings interact with the game engine. Like the defensiveworkrate and attackingworkrate ratings, the busdribbling rating is not accessible in-game and can only be edited via db edits. I suppose the reason is because EA uses those three values to hard-code the CPU AI to play a particular way.

Ok I tested it; the table to edit for the tactics is defaultteam data.
Busdribbling is not busbuildupspeed, as both are present in the db and busbuildup is shown in game.
I tested the matchdefensive, midflied and attack rate and if you lower those cpuai indeed plays worst (reducing those values).
Still the pass accuracy doesn't change; but the way the cpu plays does change (also by simply editing tactics - to extreme values)

bus = build up speed. busdribbling = speed/amount CPU uses dribbling to move up the pitch.
