Help me ! Manager mode FIFA 11 PS3

I'm now playing manager mode in FIFA 11 .But i don't know why when I play my new team against the team which I managed before ,that old team has only 4 players on the field .And after played about 20 minutes ,the game is freeze .Anyone got this problem ? Help me !
