Help in Beating Defenders !!!

Hi guys i am playing PES 09 using a PS2 type controller and need one help in beating defenders i.e. I want to out run them as they always catch up to me even when i am sprinting.

In fifa 09 it is so easy to use super sprint..So can you plz tell me how to use Super sprint in this game?What is the button combination...

plus is there no tutorials in this game? Every version of PES had it..But cant seem to find it in this version.

Then just keep on passing. In this PES i've noticed it's quite hard to outrun and to dribble a whole defense like I used to do sometimes in PES2008. Only few players can still do it (Ronaldo, Messi, Aguero). Just play a pass-and-run game, as it usually works and destroys the whole defense.

And through balls. Throughs in this game are quite effective.

Dude thats what i do but when i think i'll be one on one with the keeper they always catch up to me and put pressure..Thats why i want to know how to do super sprint so that i can outrun them after beating them and be one on one with the keeper.

So basically all i need is 2 things.

1.How to do super sprint in the game.
2.Where is the moves tutorial for the game?

Plz answer these 2 questions.

A search on youtube for "new PES 2009 moves" should do the deal.

Super sprint? Isn't that mashing the R1 button? It's effective, but only if you have a great player.

Nah just mashing R1 is no where enough to beat defenders..He does push the ball ahead but just a little.I have seen comp push the ball further to beat my defenders so want to know how to do that move.

Will the new skill moves show me controls for PS2 joypad?Gotta search for that.

Well i searched whole of youtube but could not any video that showed how to do the super sprint.

if you play on higher difficulty then the AI is faster even if you beat him and sprint he will catch up.

Well i am playing in professional now.

If someone can just tell me how to do the super sprint i'll take care of the defenders cause i have such amazing runs but its ruined just because i dont know how to super sprint.

It's while running you have the R2 button pressed.

R1+R2 i say.
