Help Import Icons & Heroes

Hello guys,

I want to create a new mod with Icons and heroes for my career mode. But I don't know how to add/move to real teams, somebody can tell me how I can edit and move to the real teams? I have live editor, Cheat table and RDBM23. I need find the way to import in the teams or almost free agents.
