Help I Cant Restore My Original Faces After Using CM08

I want to restore my original faces, but after i uninstall cm08, i delete all the custom face files, uninstalling fifa 08, and delete the fifa08_temp folder. I then reinstall the game fresh and still have the same old faces in the game. I tried resetting my squads, but no luck. I have no idea how the custom faces managed to stay in fifa 08. I used CM08 to import the faces initially.
please help.
