Help - How to install faces on a started career?

I have a question:

I have started a manage career and then installed some faces to my team Nottingham Forest.

If I play a friendship match with Nottingham Forest, the installed face appears as expected. But when I return to carrer mode, they dont load.

Is there a way to make it work or once started a career we cannot install more faces?
