HELP | how to create backgrounds?

You can make them with Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro,to import them in the game you must use Monkey Dragon series and pick up the 08 Background tool,you can find the template with the program too ;)

Help! I don't know how to use the Background Maker!
If somebody can tell me how to use it, and how to import backgrounds, I'll thank him!
