Help! Getting teams in right leagues for Career Mode

I have used UniDB to put the promoted and relegated teams in the Football League in the right places after this season. They appear in the right leagues for play now. Just to test if I could play career mode with the changes, I entered to the team selection area. I was dismayed, S****horpe, Yeovil, Swansea, and Southend, all in League 1 in play-now----

---Appeared as League 2 teams in career mode.

How do I move teams in career mode? I'm geussing the play-now section does not influence what league a team is in in Career, probebly the "tournement" section does...how do I move them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
