Help, FIFA 11 Next Season 2019 patch glitch stadium

Here are 2 footage when I'm playing FIFA 11 all updated.
Normally it is flickering like this only when substitutes, celebration, etc... and I can ignore it.
But then when it's rainning. It's completely f*ck up.
Can someone help me to get rid of this once and for all ?

looks more like a graphic problem,
you have an old pc maybe?

try:
- change graphic settings (FIFA 11 config, nvidea/ati config)
- update pc drivers (graphic card, ...)

check:
- ea patch 1.01 installed, wich may fix such errors?

--> other games are fine?
--> try reinstall to find the problem:
1. orignal fifa 11 --> test
2. orinal fifa 11 + 1.01 patch --> test

Well, yes an old PC. But I can't update anything more because of using Nvidia experience.
I changed setting one by one , low light seem to make it less ugly but still not fix it entirely.
As I remember it's already 1.01 patch update.
And God I spent 2 days trying to install all this and I don't want to do it all over again.

Spent all day download all the patch and got CRASHED on STARTUP
