Help expanding MLS

Hello everyone.
I recently discovered fifa modding and I was trying to make a 1a rfef (3rd division of Spain) mod for fifa 22. I found one but it only takes MLS with Graphics and Teams. The problem is that MLS has two groups like 1a rfef but only of 14 and 13 teams instead of 20 like 1a rfef has.
Is it possible to expand this league and make the two groups of 20? Is there any tutorial on how to do it? I'm new to this world and I'm getting really lost trying to adapt other tutorials.

Hello Mr. Rizzaldio, I'm looking at your Video, and it really make sense. But I have one silly question, in your first video, to active the change of crated league, it need use FIFA manager to launch the game, right? and when using the FIFA editor tool to export the mode, It needs write down the version. But where to find the version of the game???
