I've got a problem, please help?

I've updated alot of stuff in my creation master and saved it but I want to start with a clean sheet. I re-installed everything but when I look at my FIFA10 teams it's still the updated stuff with the updated transfers. Is there anyway to get my FIFA10 back to normal settings? (I don't have a D. Squads file in my FIFA folder.)

If you have windows vista then go to start>search, then search for appdata open this file,>local>virtualstore>ProgramFiles>EaSports and then you will find a file called FIFA 10 you only must delete it and then your FIFA should be back to normal seetings

well...but try to look up for appdata folder and then follow the steps I wrote there previously then your FIFA should have the normal seetings back
