Help Adding Faces With CM 13

i've this problem when i add new faces in fifa 2013 using cm13, the problem is those faces dont appear in career mood, such as i added a face to fabio coentrao when i go to my previous career mode coentrao seems to have his same generic face but when i go to new career mode i can use the modified face of coentrao, is there any solution of this?

simply i dont want to go to anew career when i add new faces to the game, can i continue my career with the new faces or i should beging anew career every time i add a new face

Do you have moddingway?If not, try installing it: http://www.moddingway.com/,be sure before installing it is not going reset your carreer.Read the abouts in the link.I can not help with more things cause I don't play the carreer mode.

You edit the game files, then start a new career. That's the way it works.
