Help: ¿Confetti in the turf?

Fernanditus23

Goodnight.

I need to know how I can add shredded paper (Confetti / paper cut) to the turf . As in the game FIFA 2010 World Cup.

I attach an example image.

I need to be told which programs I can do that with. Since in the Creation Master only you can add textures, not paper.

Any tutorial or information is appreciated. =(

I think it could be done by editing pitchwear.
Fifa 16 uses pitchwear at the same points in careeer and you just download my pitchwear from jeetmusic's big patch, which is blank, without wear and try to insert confetti there. It could work...

qasar you know how to remove the player's footprints (wear) in the pitch, is it possible?

Thanks

I did not thought at that untill now. I removed pitchwear, which I find very ugly in fifa series, but footprints..no.
However I would suggest a few types of specific pitchmowpattern created by jeetmusic. I have noticed that some patterns allow next to none footprints, while others leave trails from the start. (it could be related to the ammount of hue).Try this, and I'll search for another method if possible.

Could you pass me the link of the files?

And another thing: How do I edit it? In photoshop?

THANKS.[emoji144]

But those files do not open with Photoshop. They are RX3. How do I add the confeti?
Open them with a tool of your taste, export the texture you want and edit it with Photoshop

Yes, for example you can use file master to export the image where you like, and after you can use photoshop to do you work, reimport the picture in the rx3 file again with file master and ready.
You must undersand that those are pitchwear files and in theory if the dirt can be modified or exluded totally so can other textures be added, like confetti if you find the right combination and the game will see them as pitchwear.
Now how to make them appear when you like and not when the game script does it, is another matter.
Also you should know that by default, the dirt is represented by black spots in a gradient fashion on the pitchwear texture making them appear like dirt on the field. You could try with other colors or even textures and see what happens. (i'm curious about this too)

I designed an example image. I tried it in several ways. But it only modifies the dirt. No confetti.

Black is dirt. The white the turf.

This means that via pitchwear is a dead end for confetti.
Another possible solution could be some kind of overlay, like kitoverlays, but for pitch.
Now, is there someone that knows if such a solution is possibe?

Only Scouser would be a guy like this, I suppose. You should have a go with him

The most appropriate solution is a new layer for pitch object made in blender. But i will take some time to make that blender template... and it requires a little talent for this :)

If dani could achieve that, it would also be amazing for big tournaments, like the world cup and others! Fingers crossed...
