HDR/DAT commentary packing tool

This tool can pack .asf files into .hdr/.dat (header+data) for player commentary.

Usage:
Put the tool executable to folder where all your .asf files placed and run it. The tool will generate .hdr and .dat files in the same folder.

There are 2 options for naming .asf files:
1) files must start with "PLAYER_NAMES_" prefix, continued with player ID.
2) files may have any name, but with player ID and sound ID in the end of file: ANYNAME_158023_01.wav (sound ID can be anything, it's unused).
For audio files with low voice intonation, use "_LOW" in the filename.
For audio files with high voice intonation, use "_HIGH" in the filename.
It's possible to use few files for each intonation.

I have FIFA 20 and FIFA 21 commentary extracted. But files are unnamed, so it's hard to put them into FIFA 10.
Player names (player calls) can be converted automatically (I already made this), but for other things it must be done manually, by finding needed phrase and replacing it. It's a giant work.
FIFA 21 commentary (English) consists of more than 30'000 phrases.

I can do it manually,can you give me fifa 20 extracted commentary files?because i dont have fifa 20. I only have fifa 09 10 and 11. Email or ********.

Anyone extracted the audio/commentary from fifa14? I think they are compressed in a .sbs file.

Can you do this for fifa 15 on the ps vita please ?
