Have Konami closed PES5 online servers?

I'm just wondering if konami have shut down the servers for PES5 PC and therefore rendering online play impossible? I do have PES6 but I want to play online against a mate who has 5 but not 6.

Doesn't look like I can though as my game won't log in and when I goto "user registration" on the PES5 autorun menu, the page cannot be displayed.
